Valley AA Two Wins Away from State Title
The 10 & under travel baseball team could earn a trip to the regional tournament in upstate New York with the state championship.
The Valley Athletic Association's 10 and under travel baseball team needs two more wins to take home the state championship title.
The state final tournament for the Cal Ripken division has been whittled down from 10 to four teams, with the Vikings set to play Havertown's Hilltop travel team at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday at Brandywine Youth Club in Garnet Valley.
The winner will play the victor of Tuesday's other semifinal game between Pennsbury and Tri-Township at the championship game Wednesday night. The state championship team will move on to compete in the regional tournament in upstate New York.
