UPDATE: Elderly Driver Crashes Through Card Store Window

Just before 11 a.m., an SUV crashed through the window of store in the Village Center on Bristol Road near Hulmeville Road.

According to PhillyBurbs, the Chevy Blazer knocked over a display inside the store. The unnamed 78-year-old male driver and a his 73-year-old wife, a passenger in the vehicle, as well as a store employee sustained unspecified minor injuries.

At 1 p.m., repair crews were cleaning up broken glass inside and outside the store.
