Ballot Drop Box In Bryn Mawr Opens Oct 29

Completed mail-in ballots and absentee ballots may be dropped off starting Saturday, Oct. 29 in Bryn Mawr and locations across Montco.

BRYN MAWR, PA — Montgomery County voters who chose to vote by mail can drop off their ballots in Bryn Mawr and numerous other locations across the county starting Saturday, Oct. 29.

The county is opening 12 secure ballot drop-off boxes across the county on Oct. 29.

Lower Merion's drop box is located at Ludington Library, 5 S. Bryn Mawr Ave. in Bryn Mawr.

The box is open for drop off 8 a.m. to 8 p.m daily through Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Voter education staff will be on hand at each drop box location to assist voters with proper ballot return procedures.

Ballots placed in the secure ballot drop boxes are delivered daily to the Montgomery County Voter Services by County Security, and date stamped when they are received.

Voters choosing to utilize the secure ballot drop boxes may only return their own ballot.

A secure ballot drop box will also be available in the lobby of County administration offices at One Montgomery Plaza in Norristown for extended hours.

Mail-in ballots are being sent out this week to Montgomery County voters.

To date, more than 110,000 county residents have requested to vote by mail.

The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is 5 p.m. Nov. 1.

Additionally, the county is opening satellite offices to help voters meet the Nov. 8 general election deadline.
