Bryn Mawr College Sees All-Time High in Applications
The school received more than 2,600 applications.
More aspiring Mawrters than ever before applied to for the Class of 2016, according to the college.
Bryn Mawr received more than 2,600 applications—for a class of 365—which is the most ever and a 12 percent increase over last year. The college also saw an increase in early-decision applications, of which 110 will be included in next year’s incoming freshman class.
The college cites faculty and academic programs as the top motivating factors for potential students, as well as Bryn Mawr College’s , the new Women in Public Service Project, and improvements to campus facilities and on-campus programming.
