Bryn Mawr Psychologist Offers Free Classes to De-Stress

The classes are being offered Wednesday and Friday.

A Bryn Mawr psychologist is this week.

"Basically because everyone is stressed out," said Melanie Wilson, Psy.D. "We're all multitasking."

Mindfulness and meditation will be two areas focused on, Wilson said. The more people meditate, the less reactive they are in a fight-or-flight mentality—always looking for danger.

The Wednesday and Friday evening classes, held from 6 to 7 p.m. at 900 Montgomery Ave. in Bryn Mawr, will be similar but different, Wilson said.
