Free Social Security Info Session to be Held March 10

Anyone with questions regarding social security programs and eligibility is invited to a free information session in Ardmore in March, according to a township news release.

Details about the event are included in the release, reprinted below.

"A free session sponsored by the Social Security Administration will be held in the Board Room of the Township Administration Building on Thursday, March 10.

"The one-hour session will repeat during the afternoon and early evening hours starting at 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

"Citizens with questions about eligibility, when to collect, and family benefits as well as rules for collecting benefits while working, enrolling in Medicare and family benefits for spouses, children and widows can get answers directly from Social Security Administration experts.

"Though the session is free and open to the public, registration is required. Citizens can register by e-mailing edward.lafferty@ssa.gov  or by calling 866-398-3469, extension 29305."
