Mrs. Marty's Deli Opens in Bryn Mawr

Mrs. Marty's Deli opened in Bryn Mawr on Saturday, said manager John Fitzsimmons.

Business has been good in the deli's first few days, he said Tuesday afternoon.

They went with a soft opening and decided to see how it went, Fitzsimmons said, adding the restaurant has gotten a pretty good lunch rush.

Mrs. Marty's Deli also has locations in  and in . The Bryn Mawr location is at 22 N. Bryn Mawr Ave. (next to the ).

The restaurant serves the same traditional Jewish deli dishes as the other two locations, and offers both sit-down service for between 65 and 70 people and take-out, .

The deli is open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.
