Police Activity: Arson, Assault and Thefts

In the past week, police calls (which do not necessarily indicate arrests were made or charges filed) include:

• 1 arson, Tuesday, March 27, on the 400 block of Williamson Road in Gladwyne
• 1 , Friday, March 30, on the 1200 block of Bryn Tyddyn Drive in Gladwyne
• 3 fires
• 1 lost person, Monday, March 26, on the 700 block of North Ithan Avenue in Rosemont
• 3 car accidents with injuries
• 4 car accidents with property damage
• 1 citation for public drunkenness
• 1 person charged with simple assault, about 1 a.m. Sunday, April 1, at Roberts Road and Doyle Alley in Rosemont
• 4 thefts of more than $200 each, two apiece in Bryn Mawr and Rosemont
