Restaurants Interested in Old Medley Music Space

The space once housed by Medley Music along Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr has been sold to a new owner, said Lower Merion Retail Coordinator Heidi Tirjan.

Several restaurants are interested in leasing the space at 1041 W. Lancaster Ave., Tirjan said, and the new owners are planning on redoing all of the interior and exterior.

The timeline of that work is unclear because the work will depend in part on the restaurant that will go in, Tirjan said.
