The Week Ahead: 5 Things to Know
A heads up for those who live or work in Bryn Mawr, Gladwyne, Villanova and Rosemont.
- Schuylkill Expressway lanes will close while crews inspect bridges this week. On Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the right eastbound lane will be closed between Conshohocken and Gladwyne. On Wednesday, again from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the right westbound lane will close over the same stretch.
- The Gladwyne Civic Association holds its monthly meeting Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the .
- There will be a screening of The Destiny of Lesser Animals, along with a Q&A with filmmaker Deron Albright, at the at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. - Elementary schools will dismiss early, at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday through Friday in Lower Merion School District, with parent-teacher conferences beginning at 1 p.m.
- LMSD spring break starts after school Friday; there will be no classes Monday, April 2, through Friday, April 6.
