Trash, Recycling Pickup Modified Through Wednesday, Township Says

Trash and recycling pickup in Lower Merion Township will be modified through Wednesday, the township announced Tuesday.

All trash and recycling pickup was canceled Tuesday in preparation for the storm that barely came.

On Wednesday, Jan. 28,, the township said, all trash and recycling normally collected on Tuesdays and Wednesdays should be placed curb-side. That includes residents who normally have rear-years collection, the township said.

Normal trash and recycling collection will resume Thursday.
