Wells Fargo Bank in Bryn Mawr Robbed Thursday
Lower Merion police are on the lookout for a suspect that robbed a Wells Fargo Bank located on N. Bryn Mawr Avenue.
Lower Merion police are searching for a suspect accused of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank in Bryn Mawr Thursday afternoon.
According to an alert from the Lower Merion Police Department, a man entered the Wells Fargo Bank located on North Bryn Mawr Avenue at 2 p.m. Thursday. He gave a black and yellow backpack to two tellers and told them to put money in the bag, according to police.
He did not have a weapon nor imply he carried one, police say. After receiving the bag with cash, the suspect left the scene.

Police describe the alleged robber as a black man in his mid-20s, approximately 5’7” tall with a muscular build. He was wearing a black and white Nike hat with a black do-rag underneath, a black Reebok Cross Fit Games t-shirt, khaki pants, dark framed sunglasses and black and white motorcycle style gloves.
