Pre-Halloween Trick-Or-Treat At Mt Airy Businesses Oct 27

MT. AIRY, PHILADELPHIA — Germantown Avenue in Mt. Airy is hosting pre-Halloween trick of treat event later this month.

The Go Mt. Airy Business Association is inviting kids and their files to trick-or-treat from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 on the 6600 through 6900 blocks of Germantown Avenue.

Numerous businesses along Germantown Avenue are participating.

In addition to trick-or-treat at local businesses between Adelie Coffee and the Engine No 9 Firehouse, there will be hands-on kids’ crafts from ARTrageous Brush & Flow, Bella Mosaic, and Needles & Bolts, a fire truck on display by the Philadelphia Fire Department, and other fun activities to be announced.

A Read by 4th story time and book giveaway in the graveyard at the corner of Germantown Avenue and East Phil Ellena Street will be a highlight.

Normal traffic will be traveling the avenue, so please use caution when crossing the street.
