• Bike donations for Toys for Tots break record in Ephrata, Lanc. Co. (wgal.com) — Hundreds of donated bicycles from Ephrata were loaded onto tractor-trailers and delivered to the Toys for Tots distribution center in Columbia off Prospect Road, bringing a record-breaking haul for local kids. Main Street in Ephrata was closed so volunteers, sponsors, and even student athletes could line up more than a thousand bikes for the festive, siren-led convoy.
