• Bike donations for Toys for Tots break record in Ephrata, Lanc. Co. (wgal.com) — A record-breaking Toys for Tots bike drive in Ephrata sent more than a thousand donated bicycles to the program’s distribution center in Columbia off Prospect Road. Volunteers, sponsors, and even fire trucks helped line Main Street with bikes before loading them into tractor-trailers bound for Columbia. The huge turnout means more local children will receive bikes this holiday season.
