Bethlehem Township Introduces Live Chat Site
Residents and visitors can now chat with Bethlehem municipal officials via the township's website.
Bethlehem Township’s new municipal website includes a live chat option, where visitors can chat with municipal officers.
Township Manager Melissa Shafer said she believes the township is the first in Northampton County to offer such a service.
“I think residents expect a certain level of customer service from their local government,” she said.
