CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - If you grow weary taking Tippy outside for exercise during the cold winter months, you might not have to do that again. Township supervisors on June 6 are expected to approve plans for an indoor dog park to be built at the intersection of Alps Avenue and Rochester Road.

The single-story, 19,425-square-foot building will have an open off-leash play area with artificial grass and dog toys. There also would be a lounge area for dog owners to relax while their pets are playing.

A membership purchase will be required to use the dog park.
