NFL Legend, Pittsburgh Radio Icons Open New Cranberry Eatery (patch.com) — Cranberry residents have a new casual dining option with the opening of Yinzer Dogs on MacKenzie Way, launched by NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino and Pittsburgh media personalities Larry Richert and Jim Krenn. The brick-and-mortar shop, born from a popular food truck, serves hometown comfort foods and plans to keep expanding while the original truck continues operating.
   

2. 6th criminal case filed against Oilology owner since Nov. 21 (butlereagle.com) — Cranberry Township residents should know the owner of local auto shop Oilology now faces a sixth criminal case in less than a month, tied to alleged deceptive business practices. Police say a customer paid over $1,600 for repairs that were never properly completed, leaving the vehicle still not fixed. The owner remains in Butler County Prison while his latest hearing is pending.
   

3. 82-Year-Old Man Faces Indecent Assault Charges for Inappropriately Touching Employees at Cranberry Twp. Medical Center (explorevenango.com) — An 82-year-old Franklin man is charged after police say he inappropriately touched two employees during an October appointment at a Cranberry Township medical center in Venango County. Troopers allege he groped one worker’s waist area and ran his fingers through another’s hair after making comments. A preliminary hearing in Venango County Central Court is set for January 14, 2026.
   

4. Penguins notebook: Forward Tommy Novak practices on 2nd line (centredaily.com) — Pittsburgh Penguins fans in Cranberry saw forward Tommy Novak centering the second line during Wednesday’s practice at the local facility, reflecting his recent scoring surge. The notebook also updates injuries to Evgeni Malkin, Blake Lizotte, and Filip Hallander, and explains why rookie Ville Koivunen was a healthy scratch while coaches push him for more consistency.
