Cranberry Primanti Bros. To Provide Patrons With Free Beer

PITTSBURGH, PA — Primanti Bros. has a reason to celebrate, so the Pittsburgh-based restaurant chain is giving its customers one as well: free beer.
Primanti Bros. has been named the “Coolest Thing Made in Pennsylvania” after an online vote
sponsored by the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. Primanti Bros. edged out Mrs. T's Pierogies to win the honor.
To commemorate the victory, free beer will be available at all Primanti Bros. locations in Pennsylvania. Patrons can get one free 12-ounce domestic bottle while supplies last.

Primanti Bros. had gently ribbed Mrs. T's during the competition, one time tweeting, "Listen. We were shoving potatoes in between carbs for nearly 20 years before Mrs. T's started thinking about it. So vote for Primanti Bros. Do the right thing."
Mrs. T's, based in Shenandoah, Schuylkill County, was gracious in defeat.
