Cross Creek Mom Arrested For Child Abuse, Neglect
Rana L. Cooper has been charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment of a child.

A Cross Creek Township woman has been charged with simple assault and other offenses for the excessive punishments police say she forced on her adopted daughter.
According to police, Rana L. Cooper, 46, forced her daughter to eat cat litter, to scrape the inside of a toilet and eat what was on her finger and started to sew her mouth shut.
Cooper has been charged with reckless endangerment and simple assault. The daughter has been removed from Cooper’s care.
