Ex-Steeler Hines Ward's Restaurant Closes Suddenly
The former wide receiver's restaurant has been open for four years.

Former Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward’s Tavern 86 restaurant in Seven Fields has abruptly closed. The restaurant on Northpointe Circle opened in 2015.
“Due to extenuating circumstances and issues within the corporate entity that owns Tavern 86 and Vines Wine bar, all restaurant operations will be suspended indefinitely pending resolution of these matters,” a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page stated on Monday. “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and sincerely appreciate all of your support over the years.”
No details on when - or if - the restaurant might reopen were available.
