Kids Get Close Encounters with Public Safety Responders at New Cranberry Camp

Registration is open now for the three-day event.

Kids age 12 and older will have a chance to get up close and personal with Cranberry’s first responders at a new summer camp.

On June 17-19, those registered in Cranberry Township's Public Safety Camp will get to spend a morning with each of the township's emergency services, learning the fundamentals of fire, EMT and police work, as well as having the opportunity to earn a certificate in CPR and first aid.

Although all three services respond to emergency dispatches from Butler County 9-1-1, each is fundamentally different in its organization and in the way it goes about its work.
