Meet Cranberry’s Manager and Hear Some Tunes
Street Level Band kicks off the community summer concert series.

Street Level, an eclectic eight-member ensemble that draws its repertoire from a variety of popular music genres, will kick off Cranberry Township's summer concert series this year.
The band's musical inspirations include Motown, funk, classical rock, modern country and pop hits. Its resulting "classic horn band style" will be on display during the group's concert in Community Park's open-air Rotary Amphitheatre at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 13.
Street Level's performers include two vocalists, two guitarists, two trumpets, a saxophone, a keyboard artist, and a drummer.
The concert will be preceded by an informal Coffee and Conversation get-together with Cranberry Township manager Jerry Andree in Community Park's Jaycees Shelter—located across Park Road from the amphitheater—at 5:30.
No reservation is needed, although an RSVP to 724-776-4806 ext. 1103 for planning the gathering's lemonade and dessert is appreciated.
The Street Level Band concert is being presented in conjunction with the third annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival, organized by the Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau, which is being held in Butler on Father's Day weekend, June 13-16.
Cranberry's open-air Thursdays in the Park concerts, which begin at 7 p.m., are free of charge.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and refreshments to the Rotary Amphitheatre lawn. Members of the Cranberry Rotary also will have a selection of food and beverages available for sale at the concert site.
Future concerts in the Thursday evening series include The Holidays on July 18, Big Fat Jazz on July 25, Finally Free on Aug. 1, Mahajibee Blues on Aug. 8, and The Christian Beck Band on Aug. 15.
