These Cranberry Restaurants Received COVID-19 Relief Money

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — A number of Cranberry restaurants and bars received coronavirus-related financial relief from the federal Restaurant Revitalization Fund. The program, part of the American Rescue Plan, doled out $286 billion to more than 100,000 eateries, brewpubs, food trucks, food stands, caterers and other food-related businesses.

The SBA disabled access to the fund on Wednesday because it had run out of money.

Pennsylvania was among 19 states requesting more than $1 billion in fund grants but was not one of the five that topped that amount. However, the Keystone State came close, with $949.4 million shared among 3,530 businesses.

Cranberry restaurants that received RRF money include:

• North Park Lounge, Route 19, $893,171.

• Ichiban, Route 19, $791,998.

• Sports Grille Cranberry, Freedom Road, $403,963.

• Emiliano's Cranberry, $135,927.

• Shogun Catering, Westinghouse Drive, $76,468.

• J. Gumbo's, St. Francis Way, $20,770.

• Wind Haven, Route 19, $17,695.

• Freedom Diner, Freedom Road, $11,488.
