Director IT Project Management—MSA, The Safety Company, Cranberry

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for the management of global IT projects, primarily in (but not limited to) the SAP area in accordance with the Global Template put in place for MSA SAP rollouts.  

Project management includes project planning activities and execution of projects according to plan. 

Projects typically include teams with 10 or more team members (internal and external resources) and budgets may exceed $1 million per project.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Ascertain the needs and clients for their property purchase; Provide lists of properties that meet those needs and objectives; Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Aid clients in evaluating the best possible mortgage options
• Work with the necessary parties to fulfill the terms and conditions of purchase agreements
• Create and facilitate open houses and network effectively to help promote sales, and participation in multiple listing services
• Generate documents such as purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases

Essential job responsibilities include:

• Follow route guidelines as established by Service Manager.
• Perform consistent and professional weekly service of customers.
• Daily ensure accuracy of all invoice transactions including pricing, signatures, and delivery.

• Experience with Inventor

Responsibilities:

• Convert board drawings into CAD system, using Inventor.
• Reverse engineer mechanical components. By disassembling, sketching individual parts, creating 3d models and saving/storing the new models in the appropriate place using the document management system.
