This little ice cream shop has it all. Scoops is open year-round and has 44 different flavors of ice cream. Originally known as Boulevard Ice Cream, it's been a fixture on the boulevard since 1979. It won 50 percent of the vote in our Readers' Choice poll, with Scoops on Beverly coming in second.
