One person is being treated for injuries after a trolley collided with an SUV in Dormont on Saturday afternoon, according to reports from multiple media outlets.
KDKA reported that the accident occurred around 5 p.m. Saturday at the Red Line T tracks near Hillsdale Avenue. The impact was strong enough that the vehicle rolled over and caught fire, according to the report.
KDKA also reported that the collision happened when the driver of the SUV failed to stop at the flashing red lights at the trolley crossing.
