3 Arrested For Burglarizing Hilltown Township Towing Company

The arrests followed an extensive investigation by police into a commercial burglary of Jaxx Towing in October.

HILLTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Hilltown Township Police Department has charged three in connection with a commercial burglary at Jaxx Towing on Swartley Road last October.

On Nov. 20, police arrested Ryan Bertanzetti of Doylestown and Deanna Andrichyn of Boyerstown and charged each with one count each of Receiving Stolen Property. Bail was set at $75,000 for Andrichyn and $25,000 for Bertanzetti.

The investigation also led to the apprehension and charging of Andrew Miley of Ambler. He has has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass (breaking into structure), theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000.
