4th DUI Charge Follows Mid-Day Crash In Warrington

The 45-year-old Doylestown man faces fines and possible jail time for his fourth DUI arrest.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Doylestown man is facing multiple felony charges, including fines and potential jail time, after a mid-day crash led to his fourth DUI arrest.

Police said Timothy Joseph Gorski, 45, of Doylestown, was arrested on Dec. 6 following a mid-day accident at Easton Road and Freedoms Way.

An investigation revealed that Gorski failed to stop his vehicle in time and struck the vehicle in front of him. Officers at the scene observed signs of impairment and administered a series of field sobriety tests, which Gorski was unable to complete.

Gorski was taken into custody and transported to the Warrington Police Department, where he was processed and later released.

Officers later determined that at the time of the crash, Gorski’s driver’s license was suspended for DUI-related offenses. A review of his driving history revealed three prior convictions for driving under the influence.

A warrant was subsequently issued for Gorski’s arrest.

On Dec. 12, Gorski turned himself in to Warrington Police. He was arraigned by Judge Baranoski, who set bail at $15,000 unsecured with a no-alcohol condition.
