3 Charged In Monday's Road Rage Incident In Warwick Township

According to Warwick Township Police, three vehicles were involved in the incident, including a passenger car and two motorcycles.

WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA — Three drivers have been charged in a road rage incident that began on Monday with an altercation on York Road and spilled over into the parking lot of the Jamison Elementary School.

According to Warwick Township Police, three vehicles were involved in the incident, including a passenger car driven by a Willow Grove man, a red motorcycle operated by Aiden Ertwine of Warrington, and a white, unregistered motorcycle driven by a juvenile.

During the altercation, police said Ertwine intentionally damaged a mirror on the passenger car, provoking a pursuit involving the vehicle and the two motorcycles.

Police said the juvenile was videotaped traversing the Jamison Elementary School property on Land Road, where he encountered school personnel blocking his way. He promptly exited the property, police said.

According to police, several students were participating in after-school programs and were outside at the time of the incident, but no contact or injuries occurred.

In collaboration with the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, police have charged Ertwine with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle/property and criminal mischief.

The driver of the passenger car was charged with careless driving and failure to obey traffic control devices.

The juvenile was charged with trespass by motor vehicle, not having the proper class of license, and operating an unregistered vehicle.
