3 Men Arrested On Felony Theft Charges In Warrington
Police say they allegedly stole more than $1400 in merchandise from a township beauty store.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Three men are facing retail theft charges for allegedly stealing more than $1400 in merchandise from a township beauty store.
Following an investigation by police, Warrington Township Police announced the arrest of Justin Irvin Mannig, 30, Aaron Amir Sutton, 29, and Samuel Louis Black, 35, all from Philadelphia, in connection with a theft from Ulta Beauty at the Shops at Valley Square.
The theft happened on July 23 at 3:31 p.m. when police said three men were observed selecting and concealing numerous bottles of fragrances. The men then exited the store without paying for the merchandise. The total value of the stolen merchandise was $1,417.

Following an investigation, police identified the three suspects who they believe were involved in several other thefts at other Ulta locations.

Sutton was arraigned by Judge Wertman who set bail at $50,000 or 10 percent cash. Sutton remains incarcerated at the Delaware County Correctional Facility.
Justin Mannig was arraigned by Judge Wertman, with bail set at $25,000 or 10 percent cash. Mannig remains in custody at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility in Philadelphia.
Samuel Black was arraigned by Judge Wertman with bail set at $10,000 or 10 percent cash. Black remains housed at the Delaware County Correctional Facility.
The three men are each charged with two counts of retail theft and two counts of receiving stolen merchandise.
