​Buckingham Man Arrested After Firing Gun 12 Times Inside Bar

After shooting the gun, the man smashed his forehead into a victim's face twice, police said.

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — A Bucks County man accused of firing a gun 12 times inside a Montgomery County bar before attacking a victim back in December has been captured, police said.

Biliver Ramos of Buckingham Township was charged with aggravated assault and carrying firearms without a license.

The incident took place back on Dec. 8 at around 2 a.m. at the Boca Del Mar Restaurant in Montgomery Township.

It's not clear what led to the confrontation, but after firing his gun 12 times inside the premises and at the feet of the victim, Ramos struck the victim twice in the face with his forehead, police said.

Montgomery Township police executed multiple search warrants and conducted several interviews with witnesses to track down Ramos.

On Wednesday morning, detectives from the Montgomery Township Police Department executed a search warrant at Ramos' home and arrested him pursuant to an arrest warrant. During the search, a firearm suspected to have been used at the crime scene was recovered, police said.

The Montgomery Township Police Department was assisted in the high risk warrant service by the Buckingham Police Department and the Central Bucks Special Response Team. The warrant service was completed without incident.

Ramos was booked at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
