Bucks County Democrats Announce Endorsed Candidates
The Bucks County Democratic Committee is throwing its support behind these six candidates in the 2021 election.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks County Democratic Committee has announced its endorsed slate of candidates in the 2021 election cycle.
Incumbent candidates Prothonotary Judi Reiss, Controller Neale Dougherty and Recorder of Deeds Robin Robinson have received the county's support.
"Since being sworn into office, these three Row Officers have not only repaired the damage repaired the damage done from the previous decades of Republican control but have transformed their respective departments to be more transparent, responsible, and equitable for the people of Bucks County," committee chairman John Cordisco said in a statement. "They have continued this throughout the entire pandemic by adapting to keep their employees safe without sacrificing productivity."

Antonetta Stancu, a former prosecutor in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, has also received the county democrats' endorsement.
The BCDC has endorsed Tiffany Thomas-Smith, a Newtown area family law attorney, to serve as judge on the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. If elected, she would become the first black woman to serve in the role.

Mark Lomax, a retired state police trooper running for sheriff, has also received the committee's backing.
"Our committee overwhelmingly endorsed these six outstanding, qualified candidates who worked hard to earn the party’s support," Cordisco said. "I am personally proud to stand with these candidates today and will do everything in my power to deliver a historic electoral victory for the Democratic party at the county level in Bucks once again."
