DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks High School East Roxy Club presented a $700 check to their namesake Roxy Therapy Dogs.

Roxy Therapy Dogs is a Doylestown-based, volunteer-run nonprofit that provides certified therapy dogs to children in the Central Bucks School District, in healthcare settings, at the courthouse and other venues, free of charge.

The club supports Roxy Therapy Dogs by raising money and providing opportunities for the CB East student body and faculty to meet with the dogs to alleviate stress, attend special classes and events and support the community in times of grief.

"I've been volunteering with Roxy Therapy Dogs since I was five years old, and I'm so happy to have found a way to give back to an organization that has given me so much," said club founder and president Maddi Fleck.
