Central Bucks High Schools Ranked Among Best High Schools in State

All three Central Bucks high school campuses have been ranked among the top 100 best public high schools in the state of Pennsylvania by Niche.com.

Niche.com is dedicated to evaluating U.S. and Puerto Rican schools based on parent and student reviews. The site reported that parent/student surveys gave all three schools an A+ overall Niche grade.

Central Bucks West is ranked 16th, receiving three A+ rankings in administration and policies, educational outcomes and teachers. Its lowest grade was a B in student culture and diversity, according to Niche.com. Central Bucks East ranked 25th, receiving three A+ rankings in academics, administration and policies and teachers. Its lowest grade was a C+ in student culture and diversity. Central Bucks South is ranked 30th, with one A+ ranking in administration and policies. Its lowest grade was a C+ in student culture and diversity.

The website uses a very detailed set of methods to rank the top 100 schools in Pennsylvania. The site collected opinions from thousands of Pennsylvania students and parents.

According to Niche.com, a high overall ranking includes the following criteria:

• Students are very happy with their experience in all aspects including academics, teachers, health, safety, resources, facilities, extracurriculars, sports, and fitness;
• District schools are exceptional academic institutions in terms of teachers, students, resources for learning, and student outcomes;
• District schools are made up of a diverse population and fosters an accepting, positive school culture;
• Students are actively involved in a variety of extracurriculars and sports the district offers.
