Central Bucks To Host Food Drive, Shredding Event
The event will also serve as a collection site for National Drug Take Back Day.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — Democratic State Sen. Steve Santarsiero and the Bucks County Opportunity Council are hosting a free food drive and shredding event Saturday in Doylestown.
The contactless event will take place from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Central Bucks High School East, 2804 Holicong Rd, Doylestown.
Items that can be shredded include paper, checks, bills and manila folders. Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed. Things you can't shred are phone books, books, or newspapers. Limit is two containers per person.

All food donations will benefit Bucks County Opportunity Council. Preferred donations include fruit juice, breakfast cereal, peanut butter, soup, canned chicken, tuna or salmon, applesauce, canned fruit, canned vegetables, beans, pasta and rice.
All food and shredding items must be placed in the trunk of your car.
