“As Doylestown’s largest volunteer-organized event, the Doylestown Arts Festival really drives home what it means to support art and culture within our community. Nearly 150 volunteers in blue shirts work from 5 AM till nearly 8 PM with members of our Public Works and emergency services partners to make this weekend possible. Welcoming tens of thousands of people to our area to experience art, our vibrant small business community, talented musicians, and wondrous cultural destinations, Doylestown truly shines brightly with creative energy,” says Kris Boger, volunteer co-director of the Doylestown Arts Festival.

Visitors can look forward to a variety of live art activities and interactive demonstrations, including wheel-thrown pottery, glass blowing, balloon animals, face painting, sand art, silk scarf painting, and much more. Local museums, non-profits, and popular destinations will also add to the vibrancy of the weekend through the festival’s ongoing cultural partner program.

Larger Food Court And A Beer Garden

The 2025 festival features a number of additions and expansions, including a Saturday-only expansion of artists on E. State Street, a larger food court in Dommel Way, and a brand new beer garden in partnership with Neshaminy Creek Brewing in the parking lot at the corner of State and Pine Streets. These new additions offer opportunities for more artists, activities, and local businesses to be involved in this year’s festival while also offering visitors more to explore.

In addition, it serves as an introduction to visitors from near and far to Discover Doylestown, including the town's well-known cultural scene and its many shops, services, and restaurants.

On Sunday, the festival returns to the streets for a second full day of showcasing the arts along with the Bucks County Classic, with professional bike riders whipping through the streets of town around the festival area.
