Central Bucks School Calendar For 2018-19

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The first day of school in Doylestown is September 4— and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Central Bucks School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

September

• 9/4: Students' First Day
• 9/10: No School (Rosh Hashanah)
• 9/19: No School (Yom Kippur)

November

• 11/9: Early Dismissal (Grades 7-12 Only)
• 11/9: Middle School Conferences
• 11/20: Early Dismissal (All Grades)
• 11/21: No School (Professional Development Day)
• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving)

December

• 12/13 - 12/17: No Kindergarten (Parent Teacher Conferences)
• 12/13 - 12/14: Early Dismissal (Grades 1-6 Only)
• 12/13 - 12/14: Elementary Conferences
• 12/21: Early Dismissal (All Grades)
• 12/24- 12/31: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1: No School (New Year's Day)
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
• 1/28: Early Dismissal (Grades 7-12 Only)

February

• 2/14 - 2/15: No School (Professional Development Day)
• 2/18: No School (Presidents' Day)

March

• 3/15: Early Dismissal (Grades K-6 Only)
• 3/28 - 3/29: Early Dismissal (Grades 1-6 Only)/Elementary Conferences
• 3/28 - 3/29: No Kindergarten (Parent Teacher Conferences)

April

• 4/1: No Kindergarten (Parent Teacher Conferences)
• 4/18- 4/22: No School (Spring Break)

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)

June

• 6/14: Early Dismissal (All Grades)
• 6/14: Last Day of School
