Ex-Boyfriend’s Rampage Leaves Warrington Apartment in Ruins: Police
Warrington Township Police have accused the 36-year-old man of causing thousands of dollars in damage to the apartment

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Warrington man is facing a felony charge after he trashed his girlfriend's apartment, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Police were called to the 1100 block of Thomas Road on Dec. 4 for the report of a criminal mischief incident. When they arrived, the victim told police that her ex-boyfriend, 36-year-old Eduardo Hernandez from Warrington, had entered her apartment while she was away and trashed it.
Inside the apartment, police said Hernandez caused extensive damage, including knocking 25 holes in the walls and ceiling, sliced up a couch, smashed a glass globe and a china cabinet, and destroyed two wall-mounted televisions.

An estimate obtained by the victim pegged the damage at $11,947.21.
On Dec. 9, officers took Hernandez into custody without incident and transported him to the station for processing. Hernandez was arraigned by Judge Wertman, who set bail at $50,000 or 10 percent cash. Hernandez was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await court action.

Hernandez is charged with criminal mischief, a third-degree felony.
