Firefighters Save Cat, Dog From New Year's Day Fire In Warwick
Two hours after rescuing a horse, the firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a house fire on Meetinghouse Road.

WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA — Two hours after rescuing a horse on New Year's Day, Warwick firefighters were on the scene of a house fire on Meetinghouse Road, saving a cat and a dog.
Hartsville's Engine 93 was the first engine on the scene just after 3 p.m. and immediately hit the fire with water. Crews also arrived from Warwick Township Fire Co. No. 1, going in service with ladders and hand lines. Warwick's Tower 66 was also on the scene.
Warwick Township was assisted by the Hartsville Fire Company, the Warminster Fire Department, the Warrington Fire Co. No. 1, and the Northampton Township Fire Department.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. There were no injuries reported.
