Fundraiser Launched For Central Bucks Grad Diagnosed With Cancer

An online fundraiser has been launched for a Central Bucks graduate who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — An online fundraiser has been launched for a Central Bucks graduate who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

John Antonelli, the chef de cuisine at Caleb's American Kitchen in Lahaska, was diagnosed with cancer over the summer, his family says in a GoFundMe page established to help with medical bills.

"After bouts of chemotherapy, brain surgery to remove tumors along with radiation, John is paralyzed on his left side and can not use his arm or leg," the page said.

According to his family,John is a self taught chef who is also a personal training and martial artist.

The fundraising goal has been set at $4,500. So far, just shy of $900 has been raised as of 4 p.m. Friday.
