DOYLESTOWN, PA — A "hazmat situation" has closed a portion of Route 611 at Route 313 in Plumstead Township, officials said Tuesday evening.
"Please use caution and find an alternate route. Expect heavy traffic," Doylestown Township Police said just before 5 p.m.
