Woman Arrested Following Road Rage Assault In Warrington
The victim told police that he was backing out of a driveway when the 55-year-old woman began honking her horn continuously at him.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Jamison woman is facing assault and strangulation charges following a road rage incident in the township.
On Sept. 26, police were called to Neshaminy and Philadelphia avenues for an accident. While responding, Bucks County Communications notified police that two people were now fighting.
The victim told police that he was backing out of a driveway when the 55-year-old woman began honking her horn continuously. When he continued to drive, the woman drove across a field and blocked his car.

At that point, police said both drivers exited their cars, at which point the Jamison woman became aggressive, striking the man with her fists and hands and attempting to choke him. Officers observed blood, scratches, and bruising to the man's ear, nostril, shoulder, and eye.
The Jamison woman was arrested and transported to the police station for processing. She was arraigned by Judge Jonas, who set bail at $10,000 or 10 percent cash. Unable to post bail, she was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

The woman is charged with strangulation, simple assault, and harassment.
