Man Charged In Assault Of 14-Year-Old Boy In New Britain Borough
Police said the man physically assaulted the boy while he was working at a mental health clinic in New Britain.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Philadelphia man surrendered to police on Jan. 3 to face aggravated assault charges in Bucks County.
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department has charged Rashawn James Harris, 37, with aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault and harassment for an incident that happened at Foundations Behavioral Health in New Britain Borough.
While investigating a ChildLine complaint on Sept. 28, police found that Harris, a Foundations staff member, had grabbed a 14-year-old juvenile patient by his neck and threw him to the floor during an altercation where the juvenile spit in Harris’ face.

Harris was arraigned in district court and bail was set at $50,000 unsecured with conditions.
