Man Charged By Warrington Police In Multi-County Fraud Case
An investigation revealed that he had made a withdrawal and multiple purchases across Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Philadelphia man faces multiple felony charges in a multi-county credit card fraud case.
On April 22, Warrington Police said they were contacted by the Albany, Oregon police department after a resident there reported credit card fraud. The suspect was later identified as 35-year-old Messihia Manning of Philadelphia.
An investigation by the Warrington Police Department revealed that Manning had made a withdrawal and multiple purchases across Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia.

Investigators were able to track his activity using GPS installed in his company’s work truck.
The total amount of fraudulent transactions exceeded $2,500, police said.

A criminal complaint was filed and Manning turned himself in on October 1. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Stacy Wertman who set bail at $50,000 unsecured.
Manning is charged with five counts of access device fraud and five counts of theft by unlawful taking.
