Man Commits Lewd Act In Plumstead Parking Lot, Police Say

Video surveillance shows a man performing lewd sex acts with himself while dressed in women's clothing, police said.

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Plumstead Township Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify a man who was captured on video surveillance performing lewd acts with himself, authorities said.

Between 8 and 9 p.m. Wednesday, a middle-aged white man was seen on camera trespassing on private property in the 6200 block of Kellers Church Road. It also shows him engaging in several lewd acts with himself while standing outside his vehicle, dressed in women's clothing, police said.

The vehicle appears to be a 2014 or 2015 Acura TLX sedan with tinted windows and after market tires and rims, police said.

The man was also observed smoking several Marlboro cigarettes and disposing them on the property.
