Man Fell Off Skateboard, Endured Head Trauma: Plumstead Cop Log

Police reported the following incidents between Nov. 8 and Nov. 15.

PLUMSTEADVILLE, PA — The Plumstead Township Police Department responded to the following incidents between Nov. 8 and Nov. 15. Read the details, as reported by police.

Monday, Nov. 8

1:43 a.m. — Someone complained of a "suspicious person" around Country View Drive. After reviewing surveillance video, officers saw a woman walking around properties and ringing the doorbell of multiple homes. She was later identified as the suspicious person and it was determined she was not involved in criminal activity.

3:27 p.m. — Police responded a Rosberry Drive home after the resident said two aluminum ladders had been stolen from his property sometime between Saturday and Monday morning. The ladders are valued at $85. At this time, there are no investigation leads.

12:08 p.m. — Officers investigated a neighbor dispute on Winterberry Drive. They were able to mediate the situation.

1:10 p.m. — Someone called about trespassing on Stump Road. Officers spoke to all parties involved and determined the man in question had permission to hunt on the undeveloped land.

8:51 p.m. — A young man was reported missing after failing to return home. He came home, and police removed him from the National Crime Information Center database.

Wednesday, Nov. 10

6:38 a.m. — Officers conducted a wellbeing check on a woman on Durham Road who was showing signs of danger to herself. Point Pleasant EMS transported the woman to a local hospital for evaluation.

Friday, Nov. 12

9:02 a.m. — A young man was reported missing after walking off school property and failing to return home. The juvenile has not yet been found, and this remains an active investigation.

Saturday, Nov. 13

4:15 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend on North Easton Road. Officers stayed on scene and were able to mediate the situation.

Sunday, Nov. 14

1:24 p.m. — Officers conducted a wellbeing check for a man laying in the roadway on Cabin Run Road. Upon contact, they realized he fell off a motorized skateboard and sustained head trauma. Point Pleasant EMS transported him to a local hospital for evaluation.

Monday, Nov. 15

9:09 a.m. — Police conducted a wellbeing check on a woman on Durham Road who was showing signs of danger to herself. Point Pleasant EMS took her to a local hospital for evaluation.
