Mexican Eatery Closing, French Restaurant Opening In Bucks Co.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County will be losing a Peruvian Mexican restaurant at the end of this month, but will be gaining a casual French Brasserie in March.

Casual French Restaurant Coming To Bucks County
La Grange, a casual French Brasserie, will open in Lower Makefield near the Wegmans supermarket in March, its owners said. Father-and-son restaurateurs Vincent and Marc Masso —alongside business partner Michael Geonnotti —will open its new classic French brasserie concept La Grange at 915 Antique Alley. It will fill a 200-year-old restored stone barn within the Prickett Preserve development with a 6,000-square-foot restaurant and bar offering traditional yet casual French comfort food. Peruvian Mexican Restaurant Closing in Doylestown
After more than a decade in business on East State Street, Quinoa Peruvian and Mexican Restaurant will be turning off its stoves and closing its doors later this month due to the increasing cost of operation. “It’s with mixed emotions that we announce that January 2025 will be the final month of operation for Quinoa,” the Egoavil and Anguiano family announced in late December. “This decision wasn’t easy, but we’re excited to pursue new adventures and opportunities that lie ahead.” Click here to read more.

Tavern Transforms Garden Greenhouse Into Ski Lodge
Just in time for the coldest months of the year, a cozy "ski lodge" complete with fondue, spiced wine and schnapps has opened inside the heated garden greenhouse at the Pineville Tavern in Wrightstown. "We are excited to announce the opening of the Pineville Lodge," said tavern owner Andrew Abruzzese this week. "For the next three months, in addition to enjoying lunch and dinner inside the restaurant we will welcome our guests to our snowy and cozy chalet. Company Behind Bucks County Job Fairs Calls It Quits
Looking for a job or a job fair to attend?Jennifer Schultz, chief executive and owner of Recruitment Queen, was the one to reach. For a decade, Schultz and her business Recruitment Queen would put together Bucks County job fairs several times a year and hold them usually at the Neshaminy Mall or Oxford Valley Mall. Schultz personally knew how difficult getting a job can be. She launched Recruitment Queen 10 years ago after losing her job. But now Recruitment Queen is saying goodbye. Click here to read more.
