​NAACP Bucks County To Install New Leaders For 2025

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Bucks County Branch will welcome the new year by installing its newly elected 2025-27 executive officers and executive committee members.

The installation takes place during a ceremony on Tuesday, Jan. 21 beginning at 6 p.m. at the

Doylestown Borough Hall, 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown 18901.

The officers and new committee members will be sworn in by the honorable Judge Clyde Waite,

the first African American Judge to serve on the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. He was also the first person of color elected to any countywide position in Bucks County.

The mission of the NAACP is to ensure political, educational, social and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate racial hatred and discrimination.

The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
