New Family Restaurant And Sports Bar Opening In Warrington This Summer
According to its newly-launched website, Gloria Sports & Spirits will be "Your Neighborhood Sports Bar: Reimagined."

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A new sports bar and restaurant is scheduled to open its doors this summer at the former Bar Louie at the Shops at Valley Square.
Gloria Sports & Spirits - billed as a family-oriented restaurant and sports bar - will feature American-style dishes with a European twist. Complementing the elevated food experience will be a menu of curated cocktails, wine and beer.
Patch was the first to report last July when the Warrington Township Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to approve the inter-municipal transfer of a liquor license from Middletown Township to the yet to be named bar and restaurant.

The three partners in the project - Gary Cardi, Brad Daniels, and John Krinis — are aiming to create a welcoming and entertainment-focused venue, liquor license attorney Ed McHugh told the township supervisors last July.
McHugh said that the partners, along with Valley Square, have invested more than a million dollars into the redevelopment of the restaurant and bar space and had hired an architect to reimagine the space.

“The footprint of that location will not change. They are investing a substantial amount of money in improvements, mostly aesthetics. The bar location will not change,” McHugh said. “They will be putting in a pizza oven and are looking into building an indoor golf simulator to add to the operation.”
According to McHugh, the hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. On the weekends they expect to be open until midnight.
According to its newly launched website, Gloria will be “Your Neighborhood Sports Bar: Reimagined.” It will feature a 60-seat bar, a 150-seat restaurant and a 60-seat outdoor dining area.
McHugh said the primary focus of the new establishment will be on the culinary end of the operation, with food sales making up 75 percent of the operation and alcohol sales amounting to 25 percent.
Chef Brad Daniels of Tresini in Ambler will be taking the lead on the food end of the operation, which will serve dishes with “vibrant flavors and from heartfelt traditions.”
Adding to the sports bar experience, the restauranteurs are planning to have golf simulators at the restaurant “to create a fun atmosphere” for its customers.
The simulators would allow golfers an opportunity to play major golf courses or just test their driving range ability by hitting a ball into a screen. They also offer virtual bowling, bocce and baseball.
